The Bog Tour (2 hours) begins with a kennel tour, where you’ll meet our friendly Alaskan huskies. You’ll learn about the dogs, sleds and other mushing equipment and help harness and hook up the team. We’ll start out on our bog trail and then head to Island Lake where you’ll explore marshes, bays and the beauty of the lake. Before returning to the dog yard, enjoy forested trails to Fredenberg Lake. Upon returning, give the dogs treats and water, help bring them back to their houses. Then join Blake and Steph for hot cocoa or tea in the house, where you’ll get a tour of their wind and solar system which provides power for Positive Energy Outdoor (ed)Ventures.
